What size do I need?

Remember that our clothes are designed to last the whole pregnancy and beyond, so make sure you buy the same size you wore before you fell pregnant. We all put on weight diffently so this is a guide only. Our staff are on hand to talk with you about your sizing so if you are unsure, contact us. We are more than happy to help.

This table is a guide only, Sizing can change depending on clothing labels if you are unsure please send us your measurement and we can help you decide on a size right for you.

What if it doesn’t fit me?- Returning an Item

No worries Motherly Instincts will be more than happy to exchange an item within 14 working days if the clothing it is unwashed, unworn, and still has all the tags attached, and is returned to us in good condition. We reserve the right to refuse exchange if these conditions are not met. There are no returns on SALE items. We will refund an item only if the goods are faulty. We will refund to your Credit Card, or we can post a cheque or money order.

Sold out items

If there is a problem with your order we will contact you ASAP. If you love one of your items please email or call us ASAP and we will attempt to order another. Remember our range is constantly changing and being updated to keep up with the latest trends in fashion.

How long will it take to exchange my item?

We will exchange your order as soon as it is returned dependent upon availability. We will advise you ASAP if there are any problems or if there will be a delay in fulfilling your order.

How do I pay if I do not have a Credit Card?

We are happy to accept Cheque (dependent upon it clearing, which takes between 5-7 working days) or Money Order. Cheques and Money Orders should be made payable to Motherly Instincts.

Do we sell Directly to the Public?

Yes. Motherly Instincts is located at Shop 17, Homeworld Centre, Corner of Anketell and Reed Streets Tuggeranong, ACT 2900.

All orders are sent via registered post. If you would like your items to come via express post please let us know and we will advise you of the additional cost.

Small orders will be charged at around $6.95 large orders will be charged around $8.95. This is a guide only and subject to change.

Postage for Body Pillows/Bags and other large items – We will email you with the exact postage fee at the time of ordering. $15.00

How long will it take to receive my item?

We will post your item as soon as we receive payment. Postage usually takes between 3-7 days dependent on where you live. If you would like your parcel to be express post please let us know and we will advise you of the additional cost.
